1.Do you sell scanners and printers?
We only sell scanners, because we developed them ourselves. But we don't sell printers, we provide printing services. Because the full-color 3D printer for portraits currently only has Chinese models that meet the standards, but this device was only developed two years ago, and the purchase cost is very expensive, close to 130,000 US dollars. And the corresponding maintenance cost of this device is also very high. So we don't recommend you to purchase it. In the early stage, you can complete the order through our printing service. Later, if your stores increase and the order volume is large enough, we can discuss to purchase a printer together and place it in your local area.
2.Scanner Repair and Maintenance Policy?
Our scanners are very easy to maintain, and we will teach you how to maintain them during training. At the same time, if you encounter any problems during use, you can contact our engineers at any time, and our engineers will respond to you within 24 hours. In order to avoid the equipment parts falling off during transportation and causing the equipment to be unable to be installed normally, we will match some extra parts when shipping so that you can replace them on a daily basis. We will also teach you how to replace them. Our equipment maintenance is free for the first year, which means that during this period, if the damage is not caused by human factors, we will repair and maintain it for you free of charge. Starting from the second year, you will be charged a maintenance insurance fee of US$400 per year to continue this service.
3.If you want to become a local exclusive agent, what are the requirements and benefits?
In fact, we don’t recommend you to do this. We would rather you start with one store. If you can continue to operate with our help and are interested in expanding the market, we will discuss with you. We will charge a certain amount of agency fee (determined according to the local population density and economic development level) on the basis of the cooperation for the first equipment, and the agency period is 2 years. During the service period, you enjoy the absolute exclusive rights in the area, and you can independently attract investment and operate locally. We provide you with technical and customer service. At the same time, after you become our agent, you will enjoy a 10% discount on the supply price of any product of the company, including printing consumables.
